Just some random notes I thought I'd post.
2-28-05
--[Mick] Foley brought out [Vordell] Walker, and the idea was supposed to be for Joe to make Walker a star, because Gabe Sapolsky is high on Walker. However, Joe beat Walker in 4:00 and didn't make him a star at all.
3-7-05:
--[Jack] Evans botched a moonsault attempt...Evans was only in his socks, which may explain the slipping.
--Clearly the wrestlers here are watching PRIDE tapes and coming up with MMA finishers.
3-14-05:
--[James] Gibson has been said to have been super impressive, not that he does anything spectacular, but everything he does is good, and Spanky is getting back to his old form before WWE beat his love for the business out of him.
--The Other match note was Jay Lethal beating John Walters to win the Pure title, which had to happen given that Walters was squashed in a minute by Chris Masters a few days earlier on Raw.
--Fans were all over Walter, chanting "Masterpiece" at him and worse.
3-21-05:
--[Steve] Corino showed up at 9:37 p.m. at the Woodbridge show. He called ahead saying he was late and would be there at 8 p.m. When he got in the building, he was already in a bad mood, and left.
