if they're the "motor city machine guns" in tna, they can just change it to the "murder city machine guns" like they have been doing. Correct. They would be the Murder City Machine Guns in ROH (the original name they went by).

with the way the MCMG's were booked to lose to VKM this past impact, I wouldn't be suprised if a deal similar to Aries' was reached.

Yeah, what has Shelley and Sabin done in TNA in the last year? Sabin had a good title reign then got it cut off by Lethal and paired with Shelley; which looked really good at the moment, and I thought they would go far in the tag division. They got with Nash and that was fun, but that really didn't lead to anything but an old guy making them look like fools.
Now they are getting jobbed out in less than two minutes to an ex-WWE team pass their prime.
Shelley with Sabin, Lacey and Jacobs.

I never really considered the MCMG's as being behind this, probably because this didn't seem like their styles.
But then again, if there's one thing that Alex would love to do, it's be to lead everyone on with this dark internet shit only to pull the rug out from all of us and mock the interwebz and smarks for buying it hook, line, and sinker.

And to add some more feul to this theory. One of the blogs had a line about "making me feel young again", which could mean something about him tagging with Jacobs again, as back in 03/04, they originally came in as a tag-team, or one of thme was already with the company and the other came later and they started tagging.

And we all know that Shelley likes his internet blogging.

I just thought of someone, Super Dragon. I know nothing about the character but he has a badass mask and, I think, he's a good wrestler. Not only that but for some reason, I can see a move called the curb stomp fitting in perfectly with a group like this.
EDIT- Also, that videowire was interesting.

I do believe it was. I saw this vid a few days ago, and thought nothing of it. I figured someone just remixed the two 161 vids out there into the Videowire. But Misawa is new to me. Also, one of the related videos that popped up was a Tyler Black tribute video.

Sure looks like Misawa, when you compare the second he's in there and his page on Green Destiny.

Yeah i seriously doubt Super Dragon is involved simply because it seems like hes getting out of wrestling. Though if he was the leader of this, i would mark so hard i would pass out.

How do we know the videos from abusedsociety's account are genuine 161 stuff and not soem fan winding us up?
And if it was Shelley, I'd mark the smurf out.

BUT I'm sure the one video going through the forest is legit, since it was on the DVD being handed out. Granted, it could have been someone at the show who got the DVD and posted it, but it still doesn't make it anymore legit.

Oh I think that's legit, I'm referring to the others though.
And a cool coincidence I stumbled across while messing around with entrance music speeds on my PC- in Chris Sabin's old Hail Sabin theme, at around the 1.00 - 1.09 mark where there's a bunch of unintelligble words, played at triple speed with no pitch change it almost sounds like they're chanting '161, abused society'. Not easy to make out but it almost sounds like it. Clearly a coincidence I know, but just something I found amusing.
