Some more backstory, CM Punk said it in his life Journal to Teddy Hart, after Teddy Hart had an interview after the infamous "Scramble Cage Incident" at "Main Event Spectacles".
Teddy said something about "And I'd like to thank God for helping me fall off a 30 foot cage unhurt" or something to that effect.
