Does any one know the name?

I lived in Phoenix, in the mid 90's and there was a wrestling promotion on TV that had a round system. I can't for the life of me remember the name. But they had a lot of name power. People like Sarg,Tito,Valentine,LOD,Volkof, and many others. The show was really bad and should probably be inducted. they had 10 3 min. rounds per match. Does anyone know what the name of the promotion was?
