I ordered Rey de Voladores on Thursday, and after a few days of giddy anticipation, my order hasn't arrived yet. I checked my order history, and the status says that my order has been "processed", so I assume something is coming my way.
I guess what I'm trying to ask is, how long does it usually take for a video to come around? The FAQ said 2-3 days, but I'm wondering if anyone's got some horror stories about waiting weeks or anything like that.

it should arrive this week definitly, it's just that you ordered at a odd time during the week.
I've never had a problem with SMV.
did you pay with money or paypal?

If you ordered on Thursday, they probably shipped it on Friday, which means depending on where you live, it should probably arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday.

The FAQ on SmartMark says they do accept some debit cards if they can act as credit cards, so if your card does, then yes. Until recently, they didn't accept credit cards... they are the only reason I started up a PayPal account.
As for time, I live in the cold Canadian north and it usually takes about 2 weeks for an order to arrive.

Processed doesn't mean shipped. They process the order first, then they ship it. Generally ordering online you get the order confirmation first, then the shipping confirmation.

So I presume they'll accept my debit card (it has the Visa logo so it should). Does anyone have a rough idea of how long it takes for delivery to the UK?

This is more a CHIKARA question than an SMV question, but here goes; if I were to want to order the multi-night shows (TWGP, King of Trios), would it kill me if I went ahead and got like, Night 3 of either, or should I just try to save up and order 'em all at once? Or, y'know...order one after the other from the beginning?

If you ordered it on Monday, you'd probably receive it between Wednesday and Friday. |
