What was with the white splattered paint? Just a look? Or did something happen in a storyline where he got splattered with paint or something...

I don't remember a storyline, but I always thought they looked cool.

That was I guess the style back then as he had a few tights which had it on there.

He wanted his tights to match his favorite Zubaz + Fanny pack combo.

At least it beats that pink singlet he'd wear sometimes, like in the Survivor Series match with his brothers against the Knights and HBK. That was a terrible look.

As far as I know that was the only time and that was because the other brothers on the team were wearing singlets, so I guess for that particular occasion he wanted to wear them to match along with his brothers.

I guess, but he wore it in the tag days of the Hart Foundation, also.

I've seen him wearing regular wrestling tights and longer ones without the top, but that's it.

Either way, him and Owen looked much better in black with pink highlights.

I always dug his tights from Survivor Series 1996. It was the black with a darker pink, almost red with orange accentuate. Very sharp.

You gotta be too young to remember how cool plant splatter was back then. I had a Converse shirt with neon paint splattered all over it. It was pretty cool for about a week, that plant splattered look. It came back on jeans in recent years, along with factory made tears and dirt.

Typical Bret having to stand out from everyone else.. Its a TEAM BRET! Wear BLACK like your brothers! No wonder Owen kicked his leg out from his leg.

Looking back Bret Hart's look was kinda a little gay especially with the paint splat, and this is coming from somebody who looked up to Bret all my life.

I still say he's the only man that could really pull off pink.
