As far as I know, Disco is out of jail. Unless he was arrested again unbeknowst to me, he was on TNA TV a few weeks back losing to Abyss.

Man Disco Inferno was my hero when I was younger. Just great stuff. If TNA bring him back permanently as a WCW-style jobber (in that he actually has a character and gets some offence in before he loses) then that would make for a very happy Buzzkill.
