I know Bret Hart supoosdly went crazy and put Will Sasso in the Sharpshooter, but who wrote that was that Mad TV Writers or Russo?

If you mean on the TV show, then the writers, but if you mean in the wrestling ring, maybe Sullivan or Kevin Nash as the brief feud they had was in February of 1999 when Russo was still in WWE.
