Still no tickets on sale for the December TNA show at Arena Monterrey. I'd be stunned if this show didn't end up cancelled. For the December 15th show in El Toreo there are still third row tickets available.
TNA axed Leticia. No surprise. She claims Terry Taylor offered her the release and she took it.
Jim Cornette and girlfriend Stacy got married this past week, which was why Cornette missed the last two TNA tapings. Stacy was the girl who worked as Synn for a few years in OVW back in the day.
regarding the AWA vs. WWE lawsuit, it's in the deposition phase and all discovery must be done by the end of December. AWA plans on subpoenaing both Vince McMahon and John Lauranitis next month. It is said that both sides have expressed interest in a settlement

what is the AWA/WWE lawsuit about? The WWE believes that the current AWA is infringing on their trademarks and copyrights (since the WWE owns the tape library, logo, and AWA trademark). And if this thing goes to trial, the WWE is likely going to win. |
