From the Ted Petty Invitational tournament in October. This is the move that almost cost Mike Quackenbush his chance to finally compete in Japan ... thankfully, he wasn't seriously hurt, but he did get messed up so badly that he literally had to push his way through the IWA-MS booker Ian Rotten and others to compete. He wrestled another TWO matches after this, mere hours after lawn darting himself into the floor, and ended up winning the entire tournament. He's a heckuva guy. www.youtube.com/watch?v=1dXyBcCVixc

On the one hand, I really admire Quack's dedication and forging ahead after that brutal injury.
On the other hand, DON'T EVER DO IT AGAIN, MIKE! You've been hurt really badly before, and we don't need you injured that badly ever again.

Well, from what Wiggly said on the SmartWrestlingFan podcast, he was REALLY f***ed up from that landing. It's a miracle he's still walking under his own power.
It's been a great month for him, that ugly landing aside. He finally won the TPI, and he got to wrestle in Japan for the first time. And Great Sasuke pointed him out by name and said he was a fan! And that he watched the Go-Go!

Not his fault. The other guy should've moved quickly a caught him.

It looks like he was pushing him away, almost.
Well, stuff like this happens. I don't blame either guy.

Yeah, the other guy kind of stiff-armed him. I doubt it was intentional, but that's what happened. Glad Quack is okay.

honestly it looked like quack was falling at an angle where there was no way whomever that is (you guys are saying joey ryan yes?) could have conceivably broken his fall, he tried, which is why it looked like a push off.

I'm ALMOST 100% sure it's Joey Ryan, yeah, but I can't quite say it with certainty. And yeah, the angle he's coming in at does look a little weird, which makes it look like he's trying to catch Quack for a converted Piledriver or Powerbomb or something like that.

I was there live for this and it was bad. He was messed up the rest of the match. And the next two matches he wrestled he took a pile driver and an omega driver on his head. In his semi-final match against Josh Abercrombie he did another dive to the floor and everyone in the crowd was screaming for him not to do it, thankfully he landed ok.
But when he won the TPI it was one of the best live wrestling experiences I have been apart of. Bryce Remsberg even shed a tear

Man, that is godawful to watch.
I am so glad Quack is okay, and was able to achieve his goal of going to Japan. Love ya man.
