No. First of all, you're not supposed to ask for ROMs or stuff like that, and I don't think there's a PS2 emulator that would work anyway.

Besides, it comes out in the US in a few days and costs less than 20 dollars.

Not to mention that when dealing with a disk image, it sure as hell wouldn't be called a "ROM", as the data wasn't originally stored on a read-only chip to begin with....
