TNA brings in "Macho Man" Randy Savage, and he meets "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal. Seriously, that would RULE!!!!

They wanted to bring Mach Man in back when it started but I think he left the company on bad terms. If I remember correctly, he didn't leave on bad terms so much as he dissapeared completely. I think I remember reading a Christopher Daniels interview awhile back and when asked about Savage, Daniels said "I don't know, I haven't seen him in weeks." |

I think it needs to happen to make the Lethal gimmick worth it. Wouldn't the fact it got Lethal hugely over when he, well, wasn't before be enough to make it worth it? I actually prefer this moveset for him, especially when he does the Lethal Combination as an alternate finisher. The Dragon Suplex and Dynatime Headbutt weren't as good. |

Wasn't the whole situation TNA decided to bring in Hogan and Macho Man was like "RAP you clown shoes!" Then Hogan was like, "I know best, brotha!" So Macho went Hippety-hoppity away? Then Hogan was like "get your hands offffffff meh daughter, she sucks, but not that way Randy!" And then know one cared (the way it should be).

I think it needs to happen to make the Lethal gimmick worth it. Um, the fact that it's already one of the most over gimmicks on wrestling TV makes the Lethal gimmick "worth it". Secretly, McMahon kicks himself (slightly) every once in a while over the fact that he doesn't have this gimmick/act on his side. It's really one of the few things TNA got right during their dark creative period from Oct. 2006-August 2007 of ultimate suckdom. |
