I didn't see Genesis, but I've read reviews. While there were a number of things I didn't agree with (but maybe it just looked bad on paper), I saw where MCMG defeated Team 3-D cleanly in what was described by most as a great match.
I didn't think it would happen, and I made that abundantly clear. But, while I still feel justified in my skepticism for TNA, I was wrong about that particular match. And I'm glad I was.

I'm sure Team 3D will get a win back over them, as I don't think the feud is over.

The setup was perfect, with them now snappping and holding the X Division belt hostage. I want to see where this goes now.

Let's hope Lethal does the same at some point. Move the Guns on to something else now please, before someone decides 3D needs to establish that is was just a fluke win.

I KNEW MCMG were going to win. As far as them having a good match with 3D.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! HOW DID YOU NOT SEE THIS HAPPENING! I mean 3D is one of the best teams of the past and MCMG are one of the best of the present.

I mean 3D is one of the best teams of the past and MCMG are one of the best of the present. well i can see why people wouldn't look to forward to it. the recent 3d matches haven't been anything special. however, this is the first time in a while they were facing two guys that were smaller than them. i had a feeling team 3d's offense would work well on the smaller mcmgs, and we all knew the mcmgs offense would be nice. i really like the story told in this match and even though i was looking forward to it, i think it was better than i thought it would be.

This match was awesome. I never thought I'd enjoy a 3D match (although I obviously didn't enjoy it because of them).
I'll give those fat bastards credit: they sold for the guns.
Between Kaz beating Christian and the guns going over 3D, it seems like the younger stars are on the rise.
And plus, the youngest wrestler on the TNA roster is turning out to be a pretty dominant X-Division champ.

Sabin running up the table and Tigersaulting it was a thing of beauty.

I probably won't watch the show when it's shown on Wednesday over here but I will certainly be trying to catch this on dailymotion. The MCMG winning was the right result.

To be honest, I think that 3D will face Dutt/Lethal at Turning Point.
That was match was great though and 3D sold very well.

Just watched the closing minutes of the match and WOW. I love their double team finisher. Probably the best tag match I've seen from a company that wasn't called ROH.

It was an awesome bout. I'm suprised it was the longest match on the PPV.

I have not marked out for a match like this in YEARS. Me and my friend are as pessimistic and jaded as any internet mark, but we were REALLY into it. We even got MMG t-shirts, which is the first wrestling t-shirt Ive gotten since a Midnight Express shirt in 1990.
Devon always sells, but Bubbu usually sandbags it. Especially to Homicide in their feud. But in this match Bubbu really sold and they really put MMG's over fair and clean in the middle of the ring. MMG's are now one feud away from challenging for the tag team titles.
All in all this was my match of the night and really reminded me of the old Rock N Roll Express vs Ivan and Nikita Koloff matches that really made me mark out when I was 9 years old.
