While Russo may be critically a bad booker. Financially he's more successful than most on that list(Except Mcmahon).
WCW lost money with Russo as booker, yes. But they lost money before and after him.

Vince McMahon isn't even technically a booker, really. He's a promoter, and has usually had bookers under him. He shouldn't even be on the list.

Yeah....that's like when people talk about Eric Bischoff's booking/writing.......it's like NO.....McMahon and Bischoff were good with coming up with the BIG ideas or who would be the top GUYS.......but someone else booked/wrote the actual shows.
