There are translations for Burning Pro Wrestling out there, I even helped one guy with wrestler names and move names. The page was called "Emulation Junk", but I think it's long gone now. He had started translating Hybrid Pro Wrestling too, and it's a shame that wasn't finished.

While SFPWXP is a great game I don't think it can really compare to the gameplay in BPW, they're similar but at the same time very different.

Grr. I really dont want to, but, if I order FPWR from Amazon or Buy.com or something like that, will I GET IT on release day, or will they ship it to me on release day?

They'll ship it then, I think. I am not sure though, you should check their policies.

Even I, an out of work hobo, can play a game that allows me to make a 8-man Cage Match. Thank you, Fire Pro!

Speaking of 8-Man matches, look for WWE vs. TNA on Video Google. It's about... 51-minutes long, and the ending should give you a good gist of what to expect from the AI. The CPU doesn't really have ring awareness (as seen from the multiple pins near the ropes).

EDIT: Oh, and I forgot to say this, but AmDrag should be available from the start. You just have to give him his maroon tights and his shaved head.

No, I'm saying if I got it early.

But I could always get the game from Gamecrazy and ship it out to you. I already got one copy reserved (hopefully). I dunno if it'd get there unless I spend a buttload to have it overnighted. And that might not be worth the extra however many days to ya.

Also, Sean, you can only edit one costume slot per in-game wrestler, and CAWs only have one costume slot.

Yeah, it was a red/blue half split mask, with matching tights.

We all will probably need to make an Edit of him though ,as his in-game movelist doesn't have the Cattle Mutilation.

Yep, you can rename every wrestler and you can redo 1 costume.

I have 2 similar dumb questions however- once changing an in-game wrestler's costume, can you keep changing that 1 costume, or just the once? Also, after making an Edit, can you go back and alter his moves/appearance? Super dumb and basic questions I know, but I don't know the answers.

It sounds like that, but when you consider how much editing that you can do to wrestler's looks in the SD series, it sounds pretty good.

Also, I believe that like No Mercy, moves cannot be edited either. But still...500 slots!!

Yeah so if you wanna edit moves, you can just clone someone to a CAW slot and do it there.
