Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of it. I dont see it as a gimmick more I see it as part of TNA's actual identity. I dont see it as adding a new dimension to matches, but i also dont see how it detracts from the quality.
All that said, Ive just realised something. the two middle turnbuckles (that is, the two infront of either entrance ramp) are never used. Ive never seen anyone do a high risk manuever from them and to my recollection the only time ive ever see someone whipped into one was for a stinger splash. Am I wrong, are there any examples of where theyve been used? Its nothing major, just a something i realised whilst genisis.
Also on the subject of not bashing, just an observation, How long has it been since AJ has succesfully pulled off the styles clash? assuming he didnt bust it out at genisis (as that was the one match i missed) when was the last example of him doing this move?

They need loser ropes. Seems they can't get any good speed of them in AAA they do.

15 foot high ropes! More room for stilt matches!

Another one of these topics? Nope. Im actually quite a big fan of TNA. These are merely observations ive made, not complaints.

haha when me and my friend first watched AAA we were like it's the Three Stooges! lol they were all like 3 on 3 matches.. and they were doing X division style comedy.. like everyone is setting up for a supplex on one guy or whatever.. it was entertaining but since i couldnt understand the commentary and didnt care about the wrestlers.. it was just kind of funny.. their spots are horrible too.. the TNA ring is okay.. nothing wrong with it.. I would say it's good for their special matches.. but in all reality they could have an Ultimate X match in a four sided ring too.. so it doesnt really.. I have no idea why they have it at all.. just to be different I guess.. I also used to think it made Monty Browns pounce more effective but seein him in the WWE Ring was just as good.. there is no reason for it but to be different

There's nothing wrong with the 6 sided ring, per se, but it seems a bit distracting, and to me takes away slightly from the presentation. I don't think they'd be any better with a regular ring, but I would probably enjoy it more.

You know, I've never stopped to realize they don't use those two corners...
I'll have to look for it next time.
Personally, I love the ring.
As far as the styles clash, I haven't seen one in forever. I've only seen him hit that springboard 450 thing he has been doing.

The ropes are weird. I think they're way too tight. One someone runs from the ropes, their is no "bounce".
You guys know what I'm saying?

I know when Joe beat Daniels for the X Division belt last year (I believe), he hit the Island Driver off the second rope of one of those corners.
Even then, they're never really used.

I think wrestlers are probably used to working in regular rings, and as such, going out of their way to use the turnbuckles doesn't come to mind.
