I keep having this crazy notion to try to do a documentary on Chikara. I know...I'm crazy. The only way it could be done is if it was a mockumentary that keeps the CHIKARA mythos intact. Actually going behind the scenes would ruin a lot of it for me. Also, it needs to be narrated by John Stamos. SWERVE! Or sort of a Chikara version of Spinal Tap, perhaps?

Everytime I see the name "Sordid Perils" I keep having to do a double-take because I keep thinking it says "Sordid Penis". Don't even try and go Freudian on my ass regarding this, I know you all did the same thing.

Two new matches added to "Sordid Perils" and both should be very interesting. First off, in a rematch from a few months ago, Chris Hero takes on Equinox. Will this play out with Equinox scoring another HUGE upset, or will Hero finally find a way around the Chikara Special to take down his luchariffic opponent? Next up is an 8 man Relevos Atomicos match, featuring "Sweet'n'Sour" Larry Sweeney teaming with "Marvelous" Mitch Ryder and Team F.I.S.T to take on Mike Quackenbush, Tim Donst, and the team of the Super Smash Bros.(Player Uno and Stupified). This is gonna be an amazing match, at least it should be, however, to me, Stupified is an unknown factor, so hopefully he can hold up.

Well, a lot of people will be VERY happy that Stupefied is appearing in CHIKARA.

New match for Chapter 11, and this one's gonna be huge. Ever since April at the Rey De Voladores show, this feud has been simmering, and the combatants haven't have any real contact with each other outside of the occasional trios or tag match, but on Sunday, Nov. 18, it happens. Arguably the two top Chikara students in the history of the promotion, Hallowicked and Eddie Kingston, finally collide in a FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH!!!!!!!!!!!

Falls count anywhere?!? That's gonna be an awesome match. Indeed. Falls count anywhere inside the ECW Arena. How does it get better?

Also, in reference to today's earlier announcement, here's a music video of Super Smash Bros. Stupified seems a bit flippy, but honestly, those double team moves make up for it. Alabama Slam into a Lungblower? Super Spike Piledriver? Amazing: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=vEwh0KUnNroOh, and Kingston talks about his match against Wicked: uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Wa4YC4xe4DM

New matches announced today, and we'll start the countdown off with trios match for "The Battle of Who Could Care Less" It's a trios spectacular as Los Ice Creams team up with Jigsaw to take on that classic trio of "Sweet'n'Sour" Larry Sweeney, "Marvelous" Mitch Ryder, and Robbie Ellis. Will the men in the masks triumph over their old school foes? Or will the Memphis heels take the W? Next up, for the "Sordid Perils" show.... It's confirmed, Up In Smoke gets the first crack at the gold belts held by Incoherence. It's gonna be a tough test for the new champs, taking on two of their closest allies in Chikara. Will the younger duo use this to their advantage and upset the Campeones, or will the veteran duo retain? And finally, the Chapter 11 show... It's Luchas De Apuestas time again, as Lince Dorado takes on Mitch Ryder in a mask vs. hair match. The last time this happened was at the Crushing Weight of Mainstream Ignorance show, where Jigsaw took the hair of Icarus. Now the question is, who will win? The wily veteran rudo? Or the young, fast, and clever tecnico? Will we see the first unmasking in Chikara since Gran Akuma lost his mask to Shane Storm? Or will it be haircut time again?

Chapter 11 is looking like the big blow off show I was hoping for. I wonder if it will get Hero vs Claudio too, since Claudio is mowing through the Kings like (insert cliche here).

I'm pretty sure we're going to see Lince Dorado get unmasked...but who really knows.

I'm pretty sure we're going to see Lince Dorado get unmasked...but who really knows. See, that's the thing, I'm not sure, either. Dorado's only a year into his career, basically, so to unmask him now....just doesn't seem fair, but at the same time, I can't see him beating Dorado in a big match atmosphere like that.

To be introduced to this promotion, what would be a good dvd to buy? Rey De Voledores was a fantastic show, as a stand alone.
