So after phoning almost every store in town semi daily for a week, I finally procured a copy. YAY!!! I haven't played yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
However, something went wrong with my copy. Y'see, I live in Canada. A bilingual country (even though I live in Newfoundland, which has the least French speaking people per capita, I think). Laws dictate that most games be shipped in bilingual cases and contain both English and French instructions (even if the games themselves are only in English). If I were to receive only one set, I'd naturally prefer the English one.
Perhaps you can see where this is going.
Yes, for some reason, my copy of Fire Pro Returns only came with FRENCH instructions. And I don't speak any f***ing French! Normally, (although this has never happened to me before) I wouldn't mind that much, but a game that has this steep a learning a curve? I was kinda hoping to rely on the instructions a bit.
Can anyone direct me to an all inclusive FAQ file or something? Or if anyone has an English language instruction book they don't need, would they be willing to send it to me? Or at least scan the pages and post the images somewhere if that would be possible. I'd download them and save them to my HDD.
Any help would be appreciated, fellow crappers.

Yeah, I've checked there. I may go with that, although something a little more in depth would be better.

I just checked over at fireproclub.com's forums, and it seems I'm not alone in this. Other Canadian's who bought this also only received the French instructions.
Sometimes this bilingual crap really bugs me. About 1/13th of the country only speaks French, but this French instruction law applies to the whole country, and then shit like this happens. I really hope AgeTec does something about this. At least offer a replacement manual.

It just might. Thanks. As an aside, does anyone know any good websites for CAWs in FPR? I've been to caws.ws (obviously )but I'm looking for real wrestlers not in the game.

You are not gonna' get any better than these two FAQ's done by BilWood, who has been a driving force in the FP community forever... This is the Beginner's Guide www.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/927675/39079This is a straight FAQ for FPR www.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/927675/39062Those two are really all you need, It is much more in depth than the instruction booklet, and the Beginner's Guide should answer all the question that the FPR vets are being asked a million times over....

Oh shit! My parents won't let me open the game until I get an 80% on a math exam! I may have French instructions and not even know it!
