As entertaining as I find both his ijn ring work and these style of promos, Douglas really needs to stop. He just comes off as bitter and he is just pissed off because he was never a mega star such as Flair or Hogan.

Is Douglas today's version of Bruno Sammartino? And I was wondering why he's able to tolerate Kevin Nash.

I never understood why Shane Douglas has fans to begin with. Personally, I think he is insanly annoying and he cries all the freakin time. Seriously Troy Martin, go back and work in the craphole you call Target.

I was lucky to be in attendance for Douglas' ROH debut in 2005 the day of the first ECW ONS PPV and he got booed out of the facility when he started going on and on with the same old crap about WWE/ECW and buried ROH as well. He got the infamous "Don't Come Back" chant at the end which I got a laugh out of.

Who wins in a crying match Shane Douglas vs. Bret Hart.... ? But by the end of the day, the Hitman could lose a huge chunk of his fan base and still have many fans who will still appreciate him. I don't know if Douglas appreciates anyone.

-- The indy promoter originally brought Douglas to the show to do angle with one of the promotion's wrestlers. Wow, that's the kind of booking they have in Elizabeth, PA??? Hard-freaking-core! I'm surprised TNA allowed Kurt to take part in this.

Time to retire, Shane. Nobody wants to listen to another bitter old man. *raises hand* I <3 the Shane Douglas shoot.

Wasn't Douglas always going on about how great TNA was because they helped support him through rehab?

Does Shane still work at Target? I still have a few jokes leftover from my 'Shane Douglas Spends a Day at the Information Desk at Target Cutting Promos on People Who Forget Their Receipt' bit.
