ROH. They have unlimited access to past legends, all the greatest indy talent in North America, and great Japanese Superstars. Bonus points for supplying TNA with the majority of their X division, and their two best tag teams.

TNA Kurt Angle, Christian Cage, Booker, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Shelley & Sabin, James Storm, Abyss, LAX, Lethal, Kaz, Tomko. Roode, and Harris off the top of my head.
ROH Bryan Danielson, Nigel McGuinness, Austin Aries, Roderick Strong, The Briscoes, El Steenerico, Chris Hero, Claudio Castagnoli, Davey Richards, Age Of The Fall, and Brent Albright to name some off the top of my head.
I give a push to the women's divisions.
I was actually going to vote that they are equal, but looking at it now I think ROH's is much better. Not to mention they have Dragon Gate and NOAH a phone call away for the KENTAs, Marufujis, CIMAs, SHINGOs, etc. of the world.
ROH is my answer.

In terms of in-ring quality? ROH, easily. In terms of name-recognition? TNA.
I went with ROH.

TNA, simply based on name recognition and quality of performers who entertain in non-wrestling aspects.

TNA. While ROH in general has more athletic guys then TNA, TNA has more experienced guys and a lot of athletic guys and great wrestlers.
Let's take Davey Richards and BG James. Davey Richards is overall the better wrestler. But BG James has double the knowledge and triple the charisma. So I think ROH only wins in the in ring category, but as far as charisma, knowledge and stuff like that, TNA by a longshot.

TNA. It's much more diverse style wise IMO. Given there are guys I don't want to see wrestle ever again, but overall it's perfectly rounded out. ROH, I don't feel the same way.

Well, for me it's TNA. ROH's a good little indy company with good little indy guys who can put on a good little indy match, but that's about all. I know people argue that ROH's guys are brimming with charisma and so forth all the time, but I just don't buy it. Like Age Of The Fall. None of them have any charisma. I watched that video of them walking around Philadelphia babbling about cookie cutter houses and capitalism, and it was like a goddamn trainwreck. It's like those old nWo promos if Hall Nash and Hogan couldn't cut a promo to save themselves.

Been up for 18 hours now.), but how much ROH have you watched?

I'd have to agree with TNA having a better ROSTER(even though I voted ROH). But ROH uses there roster far better than TNA does.
