this thread will soon turn into a pedo hate thread, but the quality on nearly all of their stuff really sucks. u can get decent quality versions of the ecw fan cams elsewhere...

I bought 2 of their shoots, Sabu and Scott Hall. The Sabu one was really good. My only issues with the Scott Hall one is the 2nd disc starts off in the middle of him answering a question, in fact a long way into that question. I wasn't sure if this was just a mistake on my set but then I saw the video hosted on a site and it was the exact same way.
And I'm just gonna tell everyone now. If you're gonna only post in here to hate on RF then don't bother. The original poster asked about the DVDs that the company is selling, not the person in charge of the company. It's been done here to death and doesn't need to be brought up any more.

The Life in the Fast Lane DVD they put out was pretty good and it is like a cliff's notes for shoot videos
and has a Lo-ki vs Eddie match on it

I purchased both the RVD shoot and Marty Jannetty shoot from the RF booth at a Northeast Wrestling show back in 2006 and I have to say that they were pretty good. I have never actually ordered from the site but if you purchase the tapes in person, you'll get a better deal. Instead of paying 40 for the shoots together, I paid about 30.

Way back in 1996, I ordered ECW: Double Tables from RF Video on VHS (they ran ads for ECW and IWA Japan tapes in issues of Pro Wrestling Illustrated). Not only did they take way, way too long to send the video (It literally took them over two months just to send the tape after they received my payment), but they neglected to send me a 'free' catalog of ECW videos.
Hopefully RF video has improved since then. I would imagine so, given how long the company's been around for.
As far as reputable wrestling video distributors go, I've heard nothing but good about Smartmark video.

Ive heard stories of other people buying stuff from them in the past. Especially IWA Mid South and BJW tapes which were awful quality.

Their shoots are alright, one thing I hate is that the interviewer (not sure if it's RF or whoever) at times doesn't seem to know certain things about the person they're interviewing, like during the Nash shoot, he talked about the SS 95 match he had with Bret and the interviewer barely knew what he was talking about.

everything ive seen from them is quality and the shoots are thorough and interesting but i cant speak on the actual reliability of the purchasing or anything like that because i dont give my money to those types of people

I bought the best of RVD and The Dudleyz and the most hardcore matches, they were good.
I hate fan cams, I would rather have an announcer with the video.
It did take long for them to send but I enjoyed all of the movies. I just wish I had a way to put them onto DVD because VHS doesn't last that long

I bought two ECW VHS a few years ago and they were HORRIBLE quality. Full of snow and lines. Unwatchable. I had the same problem with an Eastern Championship Wrestling VHS that I bought. The tracking was completely messed up, and either you had to deal with a snowy, blurry picture, or the screen rolled every 20 seconds or so. But all the shoot DVDs I've seen were excellent.

RF has lots of good videos. I have bought several shoots from them and have been happy. I bought a fan cam ECW show (where I was in attendance) and was not pleased with the quality.
