OK, so last night I saw more gimmicks in one show than I ever have in my entire lifetime of watching wrestling; however, there was one bright spot in the midst of a LOT of Russo: the TNA Women's Div.
I have to say, as a woman, it was really really fantastic to see all those women out there, the majority of them vastly talented workers. ODB, and the crowds reaction to her, was the best though. It wasn't any of the skinny beauties who got the biggest pops; it was the badass monster who was about to crush them all. It's been a long damn time since I've heard a crowd who was that into a women's match, especially since it didn't involve the words "Bra" and "Panties" or "Mud".
Thank you, TNA. You've made this fan terribly happy and given me some hope for the future of women's wrestling.

I kinda felt like TNA was trying to out-skank WWE with that. They have a seriously talented women's division, but even their name for it demeans it.

Yeah the women's division is about the only thing there that makes sense too bad that last night represented the worst of it.

I liked the battle royal and the crowd was way over with it. I enjoyed the Kong/Kim angle, I liked ODB's involvement. I liked Nikki, Talia and Angelina. I think the women's division is really the brightest spot of TNA now.
The womens division replaced the X Division as TNA's hottest property! Yay to Vince Russo!

The womens division replaced the X Division as TNA's hottest property! Yay to Vince Russo! Vince Russo has absolutely nothing to do with the women's division. It was an idea of Dutch Mantell and their segments are produced by Scott D'Amore. When D'Amore was still booking the whole show, the X-Division seemed important because the champion defended the title on practically every weekly show. Now the champion goes months without defending the belt and the current champ hasn't even had POSSESSION of the belt for almost a month.

I'm a big fan of Nikki, ODB, Kong, and Talia and Angelina. They're great additions and its enhancing and increasing the involvement of Miss Tennesee and Gail. Heck, even Gail looked like she could do some damage. Great intensity out there. If they book it right, they might actually eventually put Gail over with some credibility.

I understand people don't like the WWE women's division but when was the last time they had a Bra and panties match? 2 years ago? That whole argument is just old.
On topic, I like the TNA women's division. I just wish Kim had ODB's Charisma.

To me the spot of the match was Hemme trying to destroy everyone with a teddy bear and everybody no-selling her leading to Roxxi simply booting her away.

Gail and Kong had a great brawl at the end of the match. Kong takes a good chair shot.

I love Gail Kim ever since she took that border toss. Ah, the days when LAX was over and relevant. TNA booking's biggest mistake was giving Team 3D the Main Event at victory road instead of LAX.

The beautiful thing about the TNA women's division is that they have booked their main program, Kim/Kong, absolutely perfectly. Kong is the unstoppable monster who destroys everything in her path, and Kim's the only person capable of putting a dent in her. It's old school booking at it's finest and most basic.

I love the Women's Division. They aren't just the same women. We have a redneck, a voodoo queen, 2 porn stars, a vetern drunk, a woman taking abuse to help her mother, a tough fighter, a monster, a crazy woman getting beat up by a latino and in the crowd is the obsessed fan. I feel that every wrestler on the roster has something important to them, and actually have a character. They are all important, and I really love that. In WWE, they're either crazy or happy go lucky, and it sucks. Women can draw, and it's been proven as the highest rated segment on TNA a few weeks ago was the women's match.

tna knockouts are ok but if theyre going to take the womens division seriously they should go the way of ajw and have womens matches that are comparable to any of the best mens matches rather than just being 'good, for a womens match', by the way aja kong > awesome kong and toyota manami > gail kim

Knockouts are hot and get time to put on some good matches. Gosh they are the best thing about TNA nowadays, and that's a good thing.
