Obvious answer is Vince but he is technically not a wrestler. The fact that he isn't a wrestler yet won a major wrestling match should make him the worst wrestler, shouldn't it?

The notion that Vince isn't "technically" a wrestler is absurd. The man held both the WWF and ECW Heavyweight titles hence, he's a wrestler. (Now before you start in with the David Arquette/Vince Russo comments, those were stupid stunts. Vince winning the title was an owner flexing his muscles but Vince also wrestled several matches before and after that RR makes him the worst Rumble Winner Ever)

I would have to say that the worst winner of the Royal Rumble would have to be Brock Lesnar, not because of his ability, or his standing with the fans/booking. I think that he qualifies as the worst because of his entry of #29 really equates as an anticlimactic entry. No sooner did he hit the ring than you could really tell that he would win. Not so much like when Michaels (First Time), Austin (First Time), or Benoit won it as it was more out of the blue with those three.

Hogan, McMahon, Billy Gunn...All piss poor choices. Did I miss something with that last one?

Billy Gunn indeed won the Royal Rumble.
In Season Mode. He saved it to a Memory Card.

I would have to go with either Big John Studd or Hogan's victory in '90. Was it really necessary for the Champion to win the rumble? I'd say yes, as this was at the height of Hulkamania. Nothing at all wrong with the top babyface winning the Rumble.
