See I generally use Christmas and my Birthday to help me keep up with my various collection habits so I'm generally not that backlogged, and the wifey likes many of the same old movies that I do (the wonderful gal bought me Bullitt for Christmas), so that helps too. yeah I ask for most of dvds at christmas too. but I don't want to break anyones bank so I only ask for the ones I REALLY want. this year the only dvd that came in before xmas was roseanne season 2. I should be getting all my cartoon dvds in the middle of january

Not to insult you or anything...no not going to do it. ANd I hate you Madison lol. LOL. Eh, it's one of the few really awesome things these days. Because of one of my side jobs (reviewing DVDs for a website) I get tons of free ones. That DVDAF link in my sig are my "regular" movies (mostly sci-fi, horror, monster, grindhouse, exploitation and drive-in stuff, with some other odds and ends thrown in), then I've got the one I linked to at the beginning of this thread for animation, plus other pages for tv shows, wrestling and documentaries. I'd say of the 1500 or so discs and/or sets I have, I've actually paid for maybe 10% of them, and even half of those were bargain bin/cheapie $1 type discs.

you're list may be bigger but the percentage of discs I bought myself is much lower. LOL

I have a few DVD sets of GI Joe, Transformers G1, Thundercats, and He-Man.
As well as a few season DVDs of:
- Dexter's Laboratory - Johnny Bravo - Ed, Edd 'n Eddy
Just cause I spend most on collecting anime doesn't mean I don't buy Western animation DVDs.
The only reason my anime to Western ratio is tilted in favor of anime is because that is the only way to get most of the series I like here in America, as they don't air them on TV.

Let's see...I have: Some Looney Tunes collections. First two volumes of Animaniacs. First 4-5 seasons of the Simpsons.
I should be adding more in 08 for sure (Tiny Toons and Freakazoid are most likely coming out.)

Two series I really want to be released on dvd is the animated series to Back to the Future and Bill & Ted. The first more-so than the latter. Those are two, I guess, guilty pleasures I'm waiting for.
But if they ever did released the B&T series, would be rad if a special box set with the live action series came out around the same time to get them together.

Funny thing about that is after viewing most of the 2nd dvd I was like ya know this is kinda the same thing every episode. I only remember seeing about 20% of the entire series growing up. HOWEVER......... Now that I know that James Avery actually does shredders voice I plan on picking up the rest if for no other reason then just so I can visualize him in the recording room as Uncle Phil talking as the Shredder.
