(before anyone asks, I'm running IE right now) Is anyone having problems running Firefox? I've been trying all morning, and it won't even open up my home page. I even re-installed it, but to no avail.

I just realized that every person who has these problems probably can't respond, due to having fire fox problems.

Your computer ... have you tried kicking it? What about punching? Or swearing?
If all those fail, then I don't know what to tell you, dude. You're outta luck I guess.

this f***ing blows. Was working perfectly last night, and now this morning it won't even load my opening page, despite how many times I re-install it. And ironically, now IE is working just fine(except it doesn't have any of my bookmarks or passwords)

anyone have the slightest clue what might be up? I open it, and it just automatically freezes and says "not responding"

sounds like spyware to me, give spybot and/or adaware a run through and see what happens. Failing that, try Opera.

Actually this happens to me on occasion, and I usually clear out any cookies or Temp Internet Files, run my Spybot and Adaware scans and then, restart my computer. Give that a shot while doing opera and you should be gold.
