My local Wal-Mart sucks wrestling figure wise.
The Target in Spokane rocks wrestling figure wise. But so does the Wal-Mart in Spokane.
And then the Target in Olympia sucks. But they have a TRU.
So I vote Dusty Rhodes.

I went to Target yesterday and bought 3 Classic wrestling figures for $4.12 each.
Then I went to Wal-Mart today and returned them for regular price ($11.87) and got a $38 gift card.
So for me, Wal-Mart wins just because they're so trusting.

I learned today that a Target gift card works at the Starbucks/Pizza Hut inside Target.

The Target in Toledo is just lousy. It reminds me of the K-Mart back at home, which isn't saying much.
As for Wal-Mart, it just got the SuperCenter, and it has a better selection in just about everything.
So, the obvious edge is to Wal-Mart here.

I've never been in a Target as there are none around. I think I've seen a total of one in my life when I was travelling halfway across the state.
So I voted Dusty Rhodes.

Wal Mart is a neccessary evil to me. I resent the fact that they are "entertainment central" for millions of customers, with their sorry ass selections of music and dvds.

I like Walmart better than Target because I can't buy Target's hype. Target's prices aren't that great and their selection isn't much better. One of the Walmarts in B.U.M.town is located next to a Target and the Walmart get the most business. Said Walmart was packed on Black Friday, but Target has 20 people shopping.
1/2 I don't like Target because I find the store and the folks that shop there rather bourgeois. At the Target that is in one of the richer sections of B.U.M.town, the MILFs have been replaced by spray tan addicts that have aged at the speed of light. This Target also has the most nonsensical set up this side of a dollar store.

Wegman's. Oh, well, here's the thing. Target is a much better place to shop. But Target has the selection of a Drug Store. Wal*Mart has more stuff in it, and is cheaper. So basically, they are not the same type of store to me. If I am looking for toothpaste and other staples. Target. If I am looking for tools, or video games, or plastic boxes, or plants, or cheap canned food, Wal*Mart. I mean, shopping at either deeply offends the United Food and Commerical Workers, so both get a thumbs up.
