figured y'all might find it interesting. youtube.com/watch?v=Id4rZhN_LEgThe other story I recall differently is the DQ Drive Thru story. In my recollection this whole thing was Jericho’s fault. Chris was sitting in the back of the van and I was up near the front. When we were ordering our food Chris ordered last, and at the end of his order wanted to know if he could order a banana. He didn’t want a banana split just a banana. A lot of the boys were laughing at him when he was trying to order said banana and I think this is the reason why the lady at the drive thru thought our order was a joke, and it was Jericho’s banana that caused her to delay the order until it could be verified. That’s not all, when we got to the window and the girl started verifying the order, Cornette commented that he thought they’d have already been “fixin” our food. She then commented that she had thought the order might be a “joke”. Jimmy didn’t explode right away and was at first just a little miffed and confused. Chris then piped up from the back, in his best Spinal Tap impression, “You think this is a joke, does this look like a f***ing joke to you” which I assumed was a direct quote from the film. The lady heard Chris say “f***ing Joke” and that is when she said, “If you are going to cuss at me you won’t get your food.” It was at this point that Cornette lost it, and went on the greatest cuss riddled tirade since I last watched Impact, including getting out of the car and trying to climb through the drive thru window, while cussing out, not only the poor lady, but the horse she rode in on. I don’t’ think Jericho took near his full amount of credit for inciting this wonderful situation.

Y'know, when I was working fast food, I had someone try to climb in the window to come after me once. I threw his f***in' drink in his face, slammed and locked the window, and called the cops.
The asshole was gone by the time the cops got there, but I managed to get his plate number; charges were never filed (I actually laughed about the incident, and the cop told me that the drink-to-the-face move was "hilarious") but the guy did manage to get banned.

I worked mcdonalds for 3 and 1/2 years starting from when i was 15, i had my fair share of shit and not once did i sit there and take it without retaliation. Tho the story (if true) does sound kinda f***ed up, id be proper pissed to if i ordered food and the restuarant didnt cook it or provide an explanation until i went to ask for it

Tho the story (if true) does sound kinda smurfed up, id be proper pissed to if i ordered food and the restuarant didnt cook it or provide an explanation until i went to ask for it She gave an explanation, though; it might not have been a very good one, but I myself have used "I thought you were joking" as an excuse. Like when this guy came through when I worked at BK, and he ordered 12 Whoppers. I'm not even kidding. I didn't give him a total until he confirmed his order at the window. I didn't care how pissed he got. I was the manager, and contrary to the popular expression, s*** actually rolls uphill. So if he had ordered 12 Whoppers and then taken off without paying for them because it was, in fact, a joke, I would have gotten my ass chewed. And nobody likes working in fast food enough for that, my friend.

I totally get where youre coming from, I just dont see why if they thought it was a joke they wouldnt question it at the time of ordering but wait until the customer made the first move, when theyre bound to be irate from having to have waited (believe it was around half an hour tho that could be wrong)
Regardless, i posted this as an eyewitness view of a video thats quite famous around the iwc, not as a justification for cornettes actions

I like that even though it has nothing to do with anything he's written. Lance still makes room for a shot against TNA.
We get it already, you hate the show. You don't need to drill in into our heads.

Easy way for her to prevent the Corny tirade? Tell the entire vehicle they need to confirm their order at the window.

This is why I never ever considered a job in fast food. I'd rather be broke than do that humiliating job.

f*** you.
I work in food service and that's all I've done since I've been 16. It's not the best job in the world, no doubt, but it's not humiliating. It beats being unemployed and living off your parents.
I laughed my ass off at Cornette though and I've had a couple of people go apeshit on me like that, but I always freak out myself for good measure, at least when they're in the wrong.

My grandpa got me a really good job down here, but im actually thinking of coming back. Ya know, the whole 'money's good, but life kinda sucks' situation. Also, theres no minor league baseball team here to root for!

That's cool, where'd you go to school?
I love the Cards, man. I kind of wish we would've gotten an Arena football team instead but those games are fun, for sure.

I lived off of Oak Grove, essentially. Worked at Meta Games, next to the Movie Gallery on Sunshine. (Although most of my tenure was from before they moved there)

I've actually never went there but I use to go to that Movie Gallery a lot.
