Whatever version he was while tagging with Owen and had Debra as their manager.
Honestly it's the only time I enjoyed him.

As much as people bash Jeff Jarrett, he was great in TNA just a couple of years ago when he was aligned with America's Most Wanted and Team Canada.

I'm going with "Don't Piss Me Off" just because Debra unbuttoned her top to help him win matches. Otherwise, I would have went with the "King of the Mountain."

You forgot "GOONNNEE!", the best Jeff Jarrett by a trillion miles. Damn. Beaten to it! Whatever version he was while tagging with Owen and had Debra as their manager. Honestly it's the only time I enjoyed him. But to be fair, yea, I enjoyed him here, too.

I was one of the few people who actually bought him as a legit World Champ during his many runs as WCW Heavyweight champ in the dying days of WCW...

To help break it down:
He's J-e-double f-J-a-Double r-e-double t refers to his country music character from December 1993 through January 1996 and from March 1998 to August 1998
Four Horsemen Jarrett refers to his entire first run in WCW, from October 1996 to October 1997. I realize he wasn't in the Horsemen the entire time, but he was either alligned with them or feuding with them the whole time.
Traditionalist Jeff Jarrett is the character Jarrett returned to the WWF with. From October 1997 to March 1998. This includes the Aztec outfit and the NWA North American Championship
Don't Piss Me Off Jarrett ran from August 1998 to October 1999. This includes his team with Owen Hart, Debra flashing his opponents and Jarrett beating up women (and Chyna).
The Chosen One refers to his entire second run in WCW. From October 1999 all the way to March 26, 2001. (My choice for this and for best Jeff Jarrett theme song)
King Of The Mountain refers to Jarrett in TNA. While he didn't officially take the nickname until winning the first King Of The Mountain Match in 2004, you can basically use it to describe his entire run in TNA.

"The Choosen One" Jeff Jarrett. Because only in that role did he seem important and had the best music and just looked cool especially when he was aligned with the nWo before that died again.
And also I guess you have to say without Jeff Jarrett being the champion at that time WCW would have been way worse. I mean Booker had to beat someone big to win his first World Title and no one other than Jarrett would have felt important, I mean Steiner? Blah, Hogan and Goldberg weere on their way out and they had no one and least Jarrett was a guy who looked somewhat credible.
The "Don't Piss Me Off" gimmick was great as well but never got up to the level of "The Choosen One" because Austin refused to face him and than he started beating on woman which kind of turned me off of him in WWE.

The Jarrett right after he turned on the horsemen.
He looked ridiculous, it was great.
