With the game No Mercy, I created my own roster, and I keep adding guys to my roster (I have about 75-100 guys). So I was wondering you guys think is the ideal amount of wrestlers/managers/other on air talent a federation should have?

How many performers can you get onto your original programming each week without forcing convoluted skits and repetitive tag and trio matches? Take that number, and multiply by 1.25. I'm looking in your general direction, TNA (too much) and ECW (too little).

It depends with the bigger feds they can have more because of there position and needing to fill up house shows and what not. TNA has a large roster for no other fact then thats more money they collect off of there bookings.
I run an indy company and we have probably 10-15 regulars and occasionaly we will bring someone in for a one night thing or a tryout match. You can't overbook an indy show because you dont have tv and you thrive on the fans getting just enough to want to come back.

Eh, depends. WWE made it work a lot better with the seperate brands, since before that they had like 30 dudes who never made it on the air.
Sorry, but Essa Rios isn't exactly going to get a chance of airtime with Rock on every show, etc.

1 wrestler for every fan in the crowd and 2 managers for every wrestler, and 1 woman you don't need any more than that
