You see, a good jobber has to sell well to make his opponent look good, and thus with a lot of moves have to do more, than the person "executing" the move. Plus they take a lot more bumps. So I would imagine it is harder being a jobber, but the really good jobbers are effectively the better wrestlers.

but a good wrestler has to do all of that and be good at wrestling?

I think physically they'd be about the same. I think mentally it'd be a lot harder to be a jobber, because not only do you need to have similar skills, but you never actually get a win.
