The Ultimate Fighting Championship paid out bonuses to four fighters who competed on the UFC 81: Breaking Point card this past Saturday in Las Vegas.
Former UFC Heavyweight champion Frank Mir received a $60,000 bonus for his submission victory over Brock Lesnar at 1:39 of the first round via knee bar. The UFC acknowledged this during the end of the broadcast when they announced Mir won the Tap Out submission of the night. Mir's $60,000 bonus is on top of the $40,000 he received to show and the $40,000 he received to win.
Chris "Lights Out" Lytle received Knockout of the Night bonus of $60,000 for his 33 second knockout victory over the debuting Kyle Bradley. Lytle received the $60,000 bonus on top of the $20,000 he received to fight on Saturday.
Tim Sylvia and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira each earned the Fight of the Night bonus of $60,000. Sylvia received $60,000 on top of the $100,000 he was paid to fight. Nogueira received $60,000 on top of the $200,000 he received for defeating Sylvia via guillotine choke in the 3rd round to become the UFC interim heavyweight champion.

I doubt Sylvia got $1 million. His salary was for $100,000.

I LOL at Brock getting paid more than Mir. And Tim Sylvia is a waste of a million dollars. Maybe like 500k, but not a full mil.
