Yeah, it's a dream, but I've been running on my treadmill everyday and I'm down to 181 lbs. from my former 230 lbs. Recently I haven't been able to get on my treadmill, but I want to ask you a few questions about training.
1. How often should I run/walk? I've been doing it every day for an hour, but I'm not sure if this is good.
2. Weight training. What kind of routine do you suggest I start out with? This is another thing that I'm confused with.
I know you were always a big guy but so am I. Seeing as you could go in the ring I'm just wondering how you trained/worked out to get into ring shape. Any response is greatly appriciated.
PS: How much did it hurt when Bossman hit you with that chair at SummerSlam 90? He left some pretty good welts!

An hour of cardio is great if your body can handle it. Please everyone remember I am not a doctor so check with your own physician. If you haven't exercized in years I suggest SLOW walking to get started. I'd give your body a break at least one day a week. As for weight training,I can't give a full program as it would take too long. Having access to the internet I'm sure you can find some programs on-line. It hurt when Bossman hit me. Had to look good for PPV! 'Quake

Thanks for the reply Quake! I started off slow as you said and I can do the hour, but the thing is I wasn't taking that day off and I was starting to feel tired. I'll take your advice. Oh, and I see that everything is going pretty good. Nice to hear some upbeat news.
