Hi. Long time listener, first time caller.
What was the official name of your finisher? I never really know what to call it. I usually say Earthquake Splash but sometimes I call it the vertical splash. I think someone called it the Big Butt Drop at one point. Anyhoo, what do you call it?

I always called it the Richter Scale. But i believe the correct name was earthquake splash. But i thought richter scale sounded better.

Aftershock I believe was right name for the move when he was Quake. I can't remember what they called it in WCW for Shark. I think The Avalache was the name for it when he was Avalache I think, Thought was I heard on one of the WCW PPV I rented. maybe Mr. Tenta could tell us.

I'm pretty new to the board, so just a quick hello and good wishes towards Earthquake John Tenta to start off!
As for the finishing move, i remember the announcers saying earthquake splash, and someone would always say "that one was a 10 on the richter scale!" as the camera would shake as if the building was falling apart. Whenever he used the splash again after he already had pinned his opponent, THAT was the aftershock! good stuff.

Jumping around the opponent were the "tremors". The initial splash was the "Earthquake" splash. Any additional splashes were the aftershocks. 'Quake
