I had one fan enter the ring on me. I felt no need to beat the drunk up. I just pushed him out of the ring to the cops. WCWdidn'ttry to recruit me. I was having problems with WWF at the time, and Hogan pushed to bring me in. ECW didn't contact me, either, I approached Paul at a show, but he wasn't interested. The wrestlers couldn't believe LOD with Rocco. It was funny to us. LOD must have pushed Vince a little too far with something. I watch WWE occasionally. I don't think another "Golden Age" is possible right now. We had a golden age in the '90's because it was family friendly. Savage's top rope elbow was PRETTY heavy. I agree that Mr. Perfect should have/ could have been a great world champ. He was a great wrestler, and gave great interviews as well. Owen could have been good as well, but in my opinion, was a little too small for world champ. He should have owned the I/C belt. Favorite S.S. was against Hogan. It was when I was at the top of the world. Quarterhorse- everyone is different. 30 is starting to push the age thing, but I don't know your look, or athletic ability. You could become the greatest wrestler we have ever known, but we won't know unless you try. Start with a local promotion and see if they have a school. "Enshrined with Doink".... hey, I'm just happy to be included. If you're tall, ask for an exit seat, that will give you extra leg room. Everyone has an initial fear of flying. Just know that it is very safe nowadays, especially on a bigger carrier. Be prepared for bumps in the air (turbulence) but also know, as bumpy as it gets, the wings will NOT fall off! You'll be safe, don't worry. I booked for my little promotion while I had it with the assistance of Prince Iakea. I can't accept action figures for signing at this time. My mailbox is too small for the box, meaning I would have to travel to the post office every time one arrived. Sorry. 'Quake

Thanks for your reply Quake!
Actually, here's a question that you might be able to help with:
As a big, pretty athletic guy, how come Bam Bam Bigelow kept being lumbered with ridiculous feuds and/or midgets? Did he offend someone backstage?

hey quake,
which person did yoiu fued with in the WWF did you learn the most from? I saw the Hall of Fame dvd that was with the Wrestlemania 21 dvd, Jimmy hart did give thanks for you and typhoon during his run with the company.
funny thing I did remember one match you and Typhoon had on either WWF superstars or challenge against two jobbers where you guys set up for your tag finisher and Typhoon was in the ring with you and somehow you tagged him in while running off the ropes while typhoon was inside the ring. To my surprise the ref allowed it. I thought that was quite odd.

I was just watching the new WWE Road Warriors DVD. I saw that your team is mentioned in an interview, but they skipped using one of your matches against LOD. Have you seen the DVDs yet? If so, what do you think of them? If not, then will you watch them in the near future?

Hey John, I was very upset when I heard about your cancer, Ive lost alot of family members over the years to it. I know you wont do the job to it.
My question is something me and my school friends use to have fights about over the years (10 in fact!). They say it was Yokozuna who killed Jake Roberts snake, and I say it was you. Im sure Ive seen footage of you going to jump on the dam thing, but that was when I was 6, so I dont remember if you ever did. So John, did you kill Jakes snake!?!

Towards the end of your run in the WWF were there ever any plans for you to work a program with Doink the Clown? I only ask because at that time I was young and the Stephen King movie IT gave me an irational fear of clowns and the thought of him getting squashed by your finish always made me smile.

Hey, 'Quake,
Did you ever have life dreams to be like Travolta in Saturday Night Fever? Boy, could he ever dance.......
You would have looked quite snazzy in that leisure suit.

Thanks for answering my previous question Mr.Quake
Anyways, were there any wrestlers backstage that you felt should not be in this business?I'm not talking about stature,im talking about the passion.Alot of wrestlers from the past and the present have'n fared well with the IWC because they are "hosses" and suck at enertaining.Examples people give are Tyson Tomko,Snitzky.Matt Morgan and such. What is your opinion of these people who degrade these superstars?I understand that they may not be entertaining as Kurt Angle,or HBK or Bret Hart or pleny of others, but I dont believe these guys would be in wrestling just because they wanted too.Basiclly, was there any guy you knew who was backstage who did not feel a passion for wrestling,or was just there for the money or something?I'm guessing they would at least have to be fans of wrestling growing up or wanting to be one and such to be in its business.I've always wondered of a wrestler's opinion of these "hosses" who are hired by Vince because he "has some obsession with bodybuilders" and such. You mind giving me yours?

i dunno i think all 3 you mentioned are quite entertaining in there own way,if you mentioned nathen jones or charlie haas i think that would be a better example for poor entertainment.
my only question for one of my faverite wrestlers as a kid has to be....did you prefer your role as heel or face? or did you not mind either way? i know certain wrestlers struggle with one or the other..ie randy orton, triple h as a face and hogan as a heel, what did you prefer?

'Fake Diesel' is one of the categories that you're in if you're a three or four star poster (which is ranked by postcount rather than quality). You've got one post, have one star, so are a Bodydonna. I've got two, and am a Dynamic Dude. Lots of people here have 5 stars, and are Gobbledy Gookers. Y'see.
I did find it unusual myself, though, then I remembered.

My question for you Mr. Tenta is was there any wrestler WWE or WCW who for some reason didn't like you even though you did nothing to them?
If you could have a match with anyone past or present who would it be?

Dear Mr Tenta,
I've been a big fan of you ever since I started to watch wrestling at the age of three. I've always wanted to speak with you, but I degress. My questions are:
What was your favorite match you ever wrestled in?
Did you like to be a singles wrestler or a part of a tag team more?
How long until I'll be able to watch you on my DVD player? (Do you know when a DVD of the best of your matches will be out?)
Thank you in advance for answering my questions and expect to hear from me more on this board.
Get Well, Josh
