Again, WHAT LIES BENEATH shatters that assumption about Ford. I know it's nitpicking....but you can't say the guy only has two modes, or plays the same role in EVERY movie when he clearly has more range than what you're saying. All it takes is one exception to shatter the EVERYTHING stereotype. See, my Jessica Alba generalization stands just because of that rule: She brings the ONLY thing she has to every role....her hotness. If a role calls for more than just a great set of tits, chances are Jessica Alba is NOT the actress to call. Her range of facial expressions has led me to dub her the "female Zoolander". But one day, Jessica will drop "Blue Steel" on us, and then she'll show us......we'll see! BLUE STEEL.........FERRARI..........LA TIGRE, THEY'RE THE SAME FACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like I'm taking crazy pills!

My question is why does everyone hate him?
Don't say because he plays the same character in every movie, that's the writer/directors fault on that one, he just plays the script he's given him.

I honestly don't know. He's a very good up and coming actor, and without a doubt he is going to be one of the new generation of action/adventure stars, once Ford gets too old to pick up the whip, Willis gets too old to go flying through exploding buildings, and Stallone gets too old to kill hundreds of people.

In a world where Hayden Christensen gets paid to fail at acting, I'll take LaBebouf and put up with his currently-typecast characters. At least he doesn't provide unintended humor with acting skills that belong on a 10th grade play ala Christensen. Say what you will, but I can at least suspend my disbelief long enough to enjoy a few things he's been in, as his acting isn't a problem.
Also, you want to talk about an actor who relies on only one style and beats it to a bloody pulp, look no further than George Clooney. He's always himself pretending to be a character, with his stupid smirk and the suddenlyreallyridiculousfastandsmooshedtogethersentences THAT END WITH HIM YELLING, BUT ONLY AT A RAISED LEVEL, NOT SCREAMING.
Over and over and over and.....
He could be Batman, Bruce Wayne, Danny Ocean, whoever, he's going to smirk, he's going to do his stupid soliloquy where he speeds up his words and ineveitably start talking loud and you're always going to know that it's George Clooney not the character.....again.

And while I'm complaining....
If you ever want to question why people make movies and whether or not they have sick, ulterior motives in mind when doing so, watch 2007's Awake. Hayden Christensen and Jessica Alba co-star in a plot-thin movie that, surprisingly, got no nods for any major awards, except maybe the Razzies.

Eh, I rather enjoyed Clooney in "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou" and "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind." Didn't really get the "hey look, It's George doin' that thing he always does" bit.

Mr T L Wolf
Hank Scorpio
He has the looks of Andre the Giant, and the strength of Barry Windham. Not to mention he's a hero to a few armadillos, a kangaroo and a small herd of bison.

Is it true that his left foot is freakishly larger than his right foot? I seem to remember seeing a picture of him that showed this.
That, and I hate him because his name sounds stupid.
