Just a little bit of info. If I'm not allowed to do this, I call upon one of our great "Global Moderators" to make this thread disappear. Just thought I'd tell you about his site: www.georgesteele.com that I also visit from time to time. He also has a forum that you can converse with him. Tell him 'Quake sent ya. 'Quake

It took me that long to think of an intelligent sounding question. And YES, you will still send me a Christmas card, as it's the season for sharing. 'Quake

'Quake Ok 'Quake I'll make you deal, I'll send you an X-Mas card but you have to send me a B-Day card. My B-Day being Dec. 15th 10 days before X-Mas, and once I have my B-Day I'll send you an X-Mas card. Is that not a deal and a half?

Whew, when I first saw the subject as only his name, I had the uneasy feeling he had passed away. I'm going to go check out the site right now.

Shaved his back and drowned you George was great. I especially loved him in Ed Wood, one of the few wresters in movies that worked perfectly

George Steele's Flying Hammerlock was one of those great unexpected finishers... he seemed like the kind of guy that would finish with a headbutt or a bearhug... and then he'd slap on this lethal technical looking move.

Umm I thought it was a chicken wing and then he would lift the guy up by his arm while still crasping the hold.
Speaking of nestalgic (sp?) why the heck was ken patera's swinging full nelson banned?

Umm I thought it was a chicken wing and then he would lift the guy up by his arm while still crasping the hold. Same thing, as the chicken wing is a modified hammerlock.
