I agree with this guy. I don't think it's wwe's fault, I don't think the Benoit's will win, or they deserve any money, but I wouldn't mind if WWe got taken to the cleaners. Which is why pointless lawsuits continue to flood the system with little merit or proof. I see what you're saying.. however, unless someone deserves to pay, I don't like the thought of them paying to a completely seperate incident because of history that's mostly unrelated. hey I didn't say I wanted them to. I just enjoy watching the WWe fail. O, I see you added that part right before I replied. Never mind then.

Yeah they would be going too far by suing the WWE.

Guys, you're thinking too broadly. Before it even becomes a question of brain damage or steroids, the benoit's have to prove that either was in fact the motive for the murders, which even the police and investigators say is impossible to tell. So unless they can prove that with more than just heresay, they don't have a case for putting any blame at the WWE.
They're lucky WWE doesn't sue them back for wrongful prosecution, which they could win easily if they can't prove the above and still go through with the case.

suing wwe will not make the Benoit name respectable or bring back their son and grandson.
