Well, with Smackdown actually hyping a match (Moore/Yang v. Morrison/Miz), maybe this will improve next week.

I hate to state the VERY obvious, but the brand's small roster is really hurting it.
It also has the same problem TNA has, in that all the wrestlers are booked as equals.

Cool. But will the ratings go past 1.6? It would be ironic if Shannon Moore started out as a jobber in ECW, left and became a little better, came back and win some gold.

Cool. But will the ratings go past 1.6? As much as I'd like for it to do so, my guess would be that it will (hopefully) jump to a 1.4. The last time the ratings were near a 1.6, Raw actually hyped ECW, showing vingettes about CM Punk and talking about his title shot against Morrison. I don't know what a Smackdown hyped match will do, but we'll find out... |

the roster isn't the problem with ECW when you think about all the actual ECW talent that isn't on t.v. such as balls, knox, richards, and generic kevin thorn.
