Ok, I liked the matches on it but during the Attitude era it seemed like it was almost all angles, and it also said it had Mr. McMahon's Blow up, and son angle on the 3rd disc, I don't think it does because I didn't see it when I went through the chapters, and it ends with HBK coming back but that's it. Anyone else want to rant?

Well, in regards to the Attitude era, it was more of an emphasis on strong storylines and pretty average matches (mostly). That's why I figure they put mostly angles on disc 2.

I would have like for some more matches on Disc 2, but yeah, there were more memorable angles than matches during that time. Also, I didn't notice or mind that the Vince's son reveal wasn't on the DVD. In fact, that makes me very, very, VERY happy.

I think it just shows that prior to and after the Attitude Era there were just not as many hot angles and therefore those disks have to rely on the best matches from the time to fill up the time on the disk. The Attitude Era had a ton of hot angles that kept WWE very popular. These are the segments people still vividly remember as being the best things on Raw. Prior to and after the Attitude Era, there were just not as many so they had to rely on matches, not that I mind.

With the exception of the Austin/Rock match and HHH's heel turn, WMXV was a very disappointing show. It had Vince Russo's fingerprints all over it, especially the decision to put Billy Gunn in the hardcore title match and Road Dogg in the IC title match when they both were pursuing the other titles.

My only rant about the DVD set is that the actual 15th anniversary show isn't on it. What the hell?

My only rant is that they should have found something else to put on the Attitude disk other than the Bossman poem about Show's "dad." Perhaps they could have shown a clip of the Dudleyz putting a diva or Mae Young through a table, or a clip of the ECW reforming (before Stephanie and the WCW guys joined them). I would imagine they would have shown a recap clip of the debut of the Radicals where they sat at ring side if it weren't for...you know.

Further proof that the "oh so awesome" Attitude Era is vastly overrated, at least from a wrestling standpoint.
But back then all that blah blah wasn't getting "argh too many promos, too little wrestling" reactions

I still don't personally think that the Attitude era is overrated...possibly my favourite era in wrestling...and sure the wrestling wasn't all that spectacular, but the angles are what I love from it. They were quite awesome.

I'm watching an old Attitude era Raw, and IMO it is as a whole much more entertaining than Raw has been recently. Everything seemed more important then, and they seemed to put effort into getting the whole roster over. I think I'd rather have the short matches and time spent furthering more storylines to get more wrestlers over than the Raws today where you can miss it and know that you probably didn't miss anything important.

Haven't bought the set, but from what I've read it has a complete lack of Edge & Christian promos - a total travesty.
