I actually raised this question back in like 2001-2002. It's an outdated name and I haven't ever really cared for it. No what would be a crazy idea for a gimmick?? Call him Chris Jericho. No Y2J, no Lionheart, just chris Jericho. Nothing would change about his character, he'd just need a new entrance video.

Y2J is just a nickname, it's not a gimmick or something like that. It would be like changing Heartbreak Kid or Stone Cold.
