I could just see it now.
We're introduced to a new wrestler Horatio, he wears a bodysuit that covers him completely and isn't very good, losing most of his matches.
We don't see him for awhile, then Horatio returns. Only wearing trunks, he appears to be in great shape. He cuts a promo about how he used to be a loser but has a new attitude, and along with this new attitude and look, he's going by his full name, Horatio G. Hernandez.
He goes on a crazy winning streak and says that he can thank hard work and dedication for his turnaround.
Maybe at some point he could win a belt, only for the crowd to hold up asterik's.
Would Vince ever have the stones to do it?

I'd love for them to do this, but, congress would be less than impressed.

Except for the bodysuit, isn't this what happened to Petey Williams?

I'd love for them to do this, but, congress would be less than impressed. Exactly. I don't think that poking fun at performance enhancing drugs is probably the wisest thing to do, given how things are shaking down elsewhere. Towing your company line on a wellness policy that has questionable credibility and then poking fun at it with a performer? Probably a bit much.

Sure, in a few years, maybe they could get away with it. However, right now is the wrong time.

I don't get the gimmick. Is the idea that he's being booked better because now he's on the juice?
Isn't that kind of...WCWish?

Now in TNA or an Indy promotion? I think your idea is pure GOLD
