I feel badly for Mark Henry, he looked really out of shape on the last RAW. I mean, he has always been a big guy, but clearly he has been eating a tad too much Mc Donald's for a long time. I still think he is a strong SOB, but now his muscles are all hidden by rolls of fast food generated fat cells. I mean, the man's' legs look like they do not fit his upper torso anymore. He looks like the 'improvised' G.I. Joe figures I used to rip in half as a kid to make 'new' people. Like I would combine Snake Eyes and the Cobra Commander, with Snake Eyes upper torso and Cobra Commanders lower torso. Don't even get me started with mixing Lady Jane and Duke... Anyway, the reason I bring this up is not to slam Mark Henry, but to express my concern for his physical health. I suspect his heart is already clogged up somewhat, and since blacks have a higher rate of heart disease compared to other human types I don't want to see Mark get a massive heart attack live in the ring on RAW or a PPV down the line. 8( Mark, one word. Salads.

I hope he takes some time off and actually loses some weight like I heard Big Show did. It seems like everytime he gets injured he either gets lazier or more depressed and just comes back heavier.

"The World's Largest Slab" Mark Henry.
You'd be depressed if you can't remember the last match you won. I think it was in 2005.

I wonder the kind of flak that Michael Hayes is giving him.

If it's because Mark is too fat, then this is nothing new to him.
By the way, apparently the new weights have been released and are being used in ring introductions. Undertaker is 299 and Mark Henry is listed at 410. Now, if you believe that...

I think it was asked here a couple of months ago, but I would think every 5-6 months. If there's a drastic change with a wrestler's appearance and weight, they use it. Otherwise (much like Hulk Hogan being 302 for many years), they just keep the same weight. Oh, the days where a wrestler had the same weight. The ring intros were just as much a part of the wrestler as the music.

I remember a point where he trimmed down to 315 for a while, then about 305.
I'm not sure what's causing that, to be honest. I really hope Michelle McCool hasn't turned him into a Slim-Fast guy or something.

I remember undertaker being 328 pounds for years Kane's still at 310. And "Londrick" are still listed at a total combined weight of 398.

Anybody know how much Big Daddy V clocked in at? his boobs or his body as a whole? I don't even want to know how they would weigh one of V's man-jugs so I guess I'll go with how much he weighs as a whole.

He's actually "The World's Sweatiest Man" Mark Henry. I'm very glad I'm not the only one that's noticed Henry and his "whore in church"-level sweat glands. It's ridiculous, and kind of scary to watch.

Do they use one of those things we use to check body fat? Or one of those scales you have to use in Bio class? Or are all these too small?

I think Henry is a guy that can benefit from loosing weight. He gained it back so he could win the Arnald classic, which he did, and now that WWE can use his bragging rights as the worlds strongest man, he dosen't need to actually be able to pull a truck anymore, and can benefit from weight loss. He'll still be called the worlds strongest man in WWE.
Also, the whole "black person/heart attack" thing is junk science.

Well Cena pretty much already proved that he is stronger than him on RAW...so "Worlds Strongest Man" is no longer appropriate....I guess "Worlds Fattest" will have to do.
I'm sorry...I dont mind Cena beating everyone in wrestling, but Henrey shouldnt have to job to him in arm wrestling, especially considering he is comming off of an injury. Henrey use to bend steel pipes and lift cars up. He was an olympian power lifter for cryin out loud.

Is this why he stopped doing the asswipe slide of doom to his opponents?
