Seriously, the dude's got a different belt for just about every single day of the week. I wish I had that many actual belts, let alone gold title belts. THIS! I marked out so hard at Chapter 11 when Quack came out with all his belts.

With a shitload of other belts. That just says, "Look at me--I f***ing RULE."
Another favorite is doing your signature pose with the title in hand. Undertaker's dark prayer at WM 22 or The Rock's title entrances come to mind here.

I prefer when a guy just drags it around by the strap. I used to get a kick out of Stone Cold tossing it into the ring from the outside before he entered the ring.

I stick by what Bobby Heenan always said. "It's a belt dummy, you wear it around your waist. Don't carry it, wearing the belt frees your hands to hit somebody."
A belt is meant to be worn to the ring. I don't mind over the shoulder during a promo but dammit wear the f***ing thing.
I always wear my title when I'm going to the ring.

Other than having a s#it load of them (which is what I voted for) I enjoy around the waist...or if you can't, on the shoulder

A belt is meant to be worn to the ring. I don't mind over the shoulder during a promo but dammit wear the smurfing thing. I always wear my title when I'm going to the ring. Not to discount the Brain, but not wearing it, frees the belt up to hit someone with.

Wearing a shitload. 2 or 3 round the waist, 2 overe each shoulder/arm, and 1 in each hand. 1 or 2 round the neck too. Quack, Sasuke, and Ultimo's army of belts pics are awesome.
As for a single belt, the traditional waist strap.

When Chris Hero would wear all three of his tag title belts around his waist that = gold, lots of gold

Mutoh Style.
Oh and I really liked Taker and Buh Buh wearing it around their necks

I always found the crotch one and a neck one to be just plain odd. I will second, third, fourth, whatever the Horsemen philosophy of carefully folding away the straps during interviews. Although my favorites are waist or shoulder for interviews and fat people.

I liked how Claudio would put them in to a suitcase.
I voted for over the shoulder. Yokozuna rocked that really well.

I can't stand the "Wear it around the waist or it's disrespectiful to the title" stuff.
It depends on the charactor for me. I never want to see Undertaker wearing a title belt around the waist. Guy's that are white-meat babyfaces should wear it around the waist. It's all about charactor and storyline. Some heels are supposed to be disrespectful to the title, they're dastardly. Some babyfaces have to be "cool" and shouldn't give that up against their charactor. The title is the most important thing, but that is the very reason why you get a feeling of disrespect for a simple act of how a guy holds it. It's a good thing that it's looked at that way, but a dastardly heel should take advantage of that.
Mabe one day some heel will carry the title by having it taped to the bottom the the soul of their boot and walk around like that.

Around the waist. You know, cause its a BELT! For the longest time I simply craved someone to actually wear the damn thing. It seemed like everyone was shouldering the things.
There are exceptions however. -tag teams, over the shoulder looks best -if it fits the character to do otherwise. Biker Taker's around the neck and the "crotch belt" worked. -while wearing a suit. Then over the shoulder is once again the way to go.

Wrapped around the arm, with the metal piece as a fist protector. Nothing says "owned" like getting knocked out and the last thing you'll see is a championship belt in your face.

I always loved the way the Macho man carried the folded up Intercontinental Belt.

depends who's wearing it. fat or skinny people look stupid with it around the waist, but muscular or toned people look good. in the same way, muscular people look out of place when the've got it on their shoulder. but no one looks good with it round their necks, imo.

Shoulder by small margin. Waist close second.

Around the waist is how it should be worn.
