Any Ideas? It completly loses me. Is underarm hair that vital to how a wrestler performs that they need to shave it off. Also for a sport like wrestling it looks a bit soft.

Do you really want to stare at a guy's pit hair for 30 minutes every Monday and Friday night?

Do you think its normal that a 250 pound guy whose job it is to make us believe he is a tough guy would shave their armpits?

It's called hygiene, wrestlers tend to sweat a lot, sweat makes you stink. Naturally the armpit is usually the sweatest part of your body. By reducing the hair, you reduce the stink and by reducing the stink you make the other wrestlers a little bit happier.

When you think about it, it would probably hurt like hell if that tuft of hair was to get grabbed and pulled out by your opponent.

Same reason they shave their leg hair: hygiene.

Shaving their legs & chests is just as bad, so why not?

Hygiene, reduces the smell, nobody really wants to look at hairy pits, there's a multitude of reasons, really.

Because unshaven armpits look ugly as hell regardless of sex and physical build ?

Did the atomic bomb just go off in Hogan's...erm...nether regions? 'cause I'm pretty sure the aftermath is occurring on that man's chest.

The worst part is that he took the time to groom a love letter to Mr. T on his torso.

The worst part is that he took the time to groom a love letter to Mr. T on his torso. Gee I think Hulk Hogan is the guy who changed physically the most during his life, ex aequo with Ric Flair.
