I honestly think this could be a good, solid brawl. I'm not plunking down 300 bucks or whatever to actually watch it, but I welcome the Wrestlemania Rematch in a few weeks on Smackdown. For all the grief Big Dave gets (and I give him plenty), he's not bad in a big brawl type match when he's motivated, and Umaga's as solid a big man worker as you'll find these days.
I think the match is being overlooked and could turn into a nice 10 minute surprise. Agree? Disagree? Post ahoy!

Umaga's a great big man worker and Batista can (although quite rarely) turn it on when motivated. I think this could be the suprise match of the night...or it could suck.
In other words I'll have to pull a Rajah on this one and say it may or may not be a good match.

I really like Umaga, and Batista is best suited for this kind of match, so I'm looking forward to it.

We had bits and pieces at Royal Rumble, and it was some good stuff. Both guys have a high impact moveset, and as of late Batista's been selling everything like death.
Good stuff.
Didn't batista and Umaga train under Afa?

Should be decent. I'm actually curious to see who they'll let win what with the whole brand superiority thing.

Hopefully they have a few showdowns in the ring leading up to Mania. Instead of Regal just syaing its for brand supremacy and sending Umanga out there for the squash of the night.
Hmmm... Late 80's and early 90's should of had that segment. The Squash of the Night!

I think it's been proven that Umaga is no longer the unstoppable force he was billed to be, so seeing him in a "brand supremacy" match doesn't move me. Not really looking too forward to it.

I don't care one bit about the match. I hate to sound like a cynic, but the last time I cared about seeing a Batista match was his Mania match with Trips like three years ago. I just don't enjoy his matches. Also, I just can't see WWE letting Umaga go over and I don't want to see Batista beating Umaga. I actually enjoy watching Umaga. He's a very good worker.

Besides the World Title match, it's the one I'm looking forward to most. It could be a really good match.

I'm not really excited for it. I don't get the big deal about Umaga, he bores me.

Haven't really gotten too excited for it but these two could end up meshing very well together and I could see them putting on the sleeper match of the show.

I liked what I saw from them in the Rumble match and actually called that they would have a WM match during it, so I'm looking forward to it. Umaga should win, but I doubt he will. Then again, maybe to drive home that Raw is the superior brand?

My thoughts? this is the yearly Wrestlemania pee break match.

This should be pretty good. Batista is improving and by having Umaga look strong against 2/3's of the WWE Championship match on Raw it somewhat reinvents him as a dominant monster.

I'd have Batista win, then show cockiness on SmackDown by being relieved he's free of Umaga, but at the Draft, he gets an almighty shock when Umaga gets drafted to SmackDown, and the feud continues.

I'd care more if there was actual story behind this, an actual reason to cheer Batista. Why do I care if Smackdown 'proven' to be the 'superior brand'?
I like Batista, but I just want some more story.

I’m looking forward to it, as long as it’s a fast-paced, high-impact slobberknocker where both men take moves that would finish most people off. I’m scared long bearhugs or nerve holds will ruin it though.

Umaga vs. Batista reminds me of the "good ol' day" kind of WrestleMania matches - where a simple feud, or just a random pairing to get people on the show, resulted in a kinda throwaway match.
Plus I'm not a Batista hater, and Umaga doesn't offend me really, so this kind of match on a WrestleMania card is good to see.
