I could honestly live without her in the Knockouts division. She's not really a wrestler so I don't know why they try to make her wrestle. They should just hire Portia Frickin' Perez instead.
But she could make a good valet for someone else. Not Roode though. Someone like Dutt (if they let him go back to the whole Playa for the Himilaya thing) would be awesome with Brooks as a valet. I'm not sure why, but it just would.

The whole Robert Roode push has been a failure since day one. He's been Mantel's so-called "pet project" for the last year and a half and I still can't take the guy as a serious threat for the title and a mid card wrestler at best. This |

I've seen a great match of hers against Daizee Haze in ROH. That's Robert Roode's suckness that you are smelling. Anything aligned with Robert Roode in anyway is automatic garbage.
Gail Kim is the one that needs to be fired. She has to be the most uninteresting person on the face of the planet. Knockouts need a new top face.

Ok, so watching TNA tonight, and overall, an entertaining show. I've been a fan of the product for a long time, and prefer it over WWE, although not by a lot. (I've never understood the logic in which you have to "choose" one. Umm, not even on at the same time, I can enjoy both. Thanks.) Anyway, one of the big "misses" in the storyline department is the whole Robert Roode - Ms. Brooks deal, which only got stupider tonight. Now, it's already forgotten that Robert Roode went and chose her over a bunch of other dorks to manage him. (including Col. Robert Parker & the late, great Sensational Sherri). And now all of a sudden, she's dependant on him? Ummm, no. Anyway, with that said, in the Knockout's gauntlet match, as the opening two (Angelina Love & Brooks) are wrestling, Angelina gets whipped into the turnbuckle. And Ms. Brooks gets ready to do a running clothesline or something into the corner. Oh, but wait, before she does, she turns around to the TV side and yells "I hate Robert Roode!" like a 12 year old girl who's mad at the boy she's crushing on. O RLY? Look, ever since they brought in the new wave of female talent, she has been a sore thumb from top to bottom. There hasn't been a match or angle she's been involved in that's been remotely interesting outside of the Eric Young bit, which she was confusing, at best in. Yeah, she's got a fun fake rack of cans to look at, but really, that's so commonplace, you can get it a lot better. I've been enjoying the TNA women's division a lot more than I thought I would. Mainly because they went out and got some talent that isn't just eye candy, they can actually go in the ring. You can't tell me Awesome Kong isn't awesome to watch. ODB has received a very odd, but deserving pop. Even Roxie & Angelina & Velvet Sky have performed some interesting moves, and Gail Kim has always been able to wrestle. Miss Jackie is still Miss Jackie, and will always be a credit to the women's wrestling movement. Hell, Christy Hemme has been holding her own in these matches. But Ms. Brooks is just flat out awful. She has no in-ring ability, her interview skills are atrocious, and she's just not that hot to qualify any wrestling fan to ignore those problems. So, to summarize....  Could anybody defend her for me? I'd really like to know why she should still have a job. Boobs are not an options for arguments. Like Avis, you must try harder. Cripes, when are we going to hire Jazz already? She can have this idiot's spot... Shut up, this thread is ridicilous you don't decide who works and where you spoiled....something. If you are gonna make an effort to express your dislike then please do it in a way that doesn't look like temper tantrum. |

Traci is hot. She has the type of ultra curvy body that is easy on the eyes. That said I think she should stay. I do however agree with several other posters here; that the whole Traci/Rude/Fan angle seems to be going nowhere fast. which is a real shame if for no other reason than wanting to see Rain in action and/or on the mic.

But, seriously, bad booking/writing means a performer should be fired? Where would WWE's entire roster be by this logic?

I like Ms. Brooks for 2 reasons:
1) I like the angle with her and Roode. It's certainly more intersting than Roxii Laveaux. I don't understand that one yet. I'm not even sure I "get" the ODB thing.
2) I think she is incredibly attractive. The whole female executive with the glasses and the suits-too much.
I have to go calm down now.

QFT As for Traci I think she is solid in the ring nothing special but she is not terrible and I think she looks pretty good as well. I also agree with Lenny that Christy is improving as well. She really held her own last night in the Gauntlet match. |
