I love it too, gives it that fun, big-time feel that WWE programming doesn't. Yes, I know the ratings TNA gets in comparison to WWE highly disagree, but screw all that! Theme park > Random arena There was a reason why WCW got the hell out of there... The difference between WCW and TNA was that WCW had 4 or 5 shows, and only one or two of them were taped in the Disney MGM Studios and were B shows were nothing really happened on them. They were still doing Nitros in big venues like the United Center, Omni and MGM Grand Arena.

Big time feel? Having a weekly show in the same studio is 'big time'? As opposed to being in arenas every week with upwards of 10,000 people paying to see you wrestle? It's not even a measure of ratings, its the atmosphere... And I always find TNA shows to have a better atmosphere. Aside from like, Wrestlemania and Royal Rumbles. And there are places that WWE goes to where people just sit on their hands and only pop for guys like Cena and Batista because, well, they're conditioned to. While it's still in the minority, it feels like 1 out of every 10 shows you get a terrible crowd with WWE. With TNA, they have a repeat amount of people who appear at the shows. You can look down your noses at them and call them jobless marks, but they do bring a lot of excitement to the shows.

Impact fans are awesome though. They get very into the whole show, which, if I were a wrestler that would be really cool.
I actually like that they tape from one spot. It kind of gives them a regional fed feel sometimes. Also, it saves them some $$$ which they could probably use.
The only downside is that they're in Florida and a lot of their wrestlers perform in the NE Indy scene - so its kind of a pain for them.

You can look down your noses at them and call them jobless marks, but they do bring a lot of excitement to the shows. A reason for that is because WWE spends a great deal of time trying to lure in people that normally don't like wrestling, anyway they can. TNA- at least as of now- is guilty of the same thing (Team Pacman), but more of their fanbase consists of the already converted, and you could argue that they still have a vested interest in the hardcore side of wrestling fandom- and I cite the fanatical crowds as proof. Simply put, ROH is an attempt to be a purely niche promotion, WWE is an attempt to be a wrestling show for anyone that might look the other way, and TNA looks like they're trying to split the difference. None of those fanbases should be looked down upon, I feel. It isn't fair.

I'm waiting for TNA to do a taping or just a skit with Olmec and have an X-Division match in his temple. LOL that would be classic. Anything with Olmec would be funny. You see Bubba talking to it would be funny. Bubba and D-Von feeding X Division guys to it would be funny too.

Ya having no income from working in the park must be awesome!!!! I remember hearing that talent get passes to the theme park. I remember when TNA just used to be an infomercial for universal studios orlando. which looks like the greatest theme park ever.

Agreed. There are advantages to using professional studies for filming Wrestling Skits.
