from Gerweck
The Great Khali is coming home. The Great Khali, the famous World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) grappler, is taking a break and returning to his native village in Himachal Pradesh later this month after some twenty months of hard wrestling, his family said Thursday.

"The Great Khali, the famous World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) grappler"
Infamous perhaps.

Where and when has this "hard wrestling" been done? I've seen lumbering, slow movements and chops to the head, but no hard wrestling.
Maybe they should just stick with hard travel or something like that. I would say entertainment, but thats not right either.

On a side note I dated an Indian girl awhile back and she watched an Interview with him and she said either he is trying to speak like an idiot or he doesnt even know his own language well.

Since WWE loves to beat down the hometown guy, I wonder if they ever did a show in India, if they would have Khali get beaten down and bloodied by Big Daddy V or Mark Henry or someone.
And would they make it out alive?

Hard wrestling? I must've missed that Actually, they don't edit his matches in India... they edit out the topes and ranas in the US.

What we don't know is that Khali's real finisher is a complete rip off of Jack Evans 630 splash. And his favorite set up moves are the Burning Hammer and a nice standing springboard legdrop.

I think it's pretty obvious that Khali will get kayfabe injured, if not at Backlash, then very soon.
Yes, the duder is a joke in the ring, but he's an awesome human being for helping his village like that. I hope he has a good break and an even better run in the E when he gets back.

I really can't hate Khali seeing as all his stories portray him as a great guy.

Khali is strong and big...
Why do I see Vladimir Kozlov getting his place while he is gone?
Or why do I think Khali's "break" is actually a weeklong visit at home.
