I can exclusively reveal that Khali's been signed up to play in the new Indian Premier League. They're using him as a specialist batsman... who'll probably be very prone to being given out LBW.

I really wanna see how they edit his showdowns with the Big Show. They might have spliced it with clips from Wrestlemania. So when Khali leaves the ring, they cut to a shot of Show after Mayweather knocked him out.

Khali is being nice, trying to be friends with Big Show, offering him cultural trinkets and so on. Then Big Show is MEAN and a JERK for NO REASON and smashes things up. Khali = Face in India for life. |

On a side note I dated an Indian girl awhile back and she watched an Interview with him and she said either he is trying to speak like an idiot or he doesnt even know his own language well. There isn't one "Indian" language, though. Several hundred different tongues are spoken, with 29 languages having at least a million speakers. It's highly possible that they speak different tongues. |

On a side note I dated an Indian girl awhile back and she watched an Interview with him and she said either he is trying to speak like an idiot or he doesnt even know his own language well. There isn't one "Indian" language, though. Several hundred different tongues are spoken, with 29 languages having at least a million speakers. It's highly possible that they speak different tongues. Honestly, his voice sounds like it would be difficult to understand him even if you did speak the same language. His voice is very deep and gritty. |

Where and when has this "hard wrestling" been done? I've seen lumbering, slow movements and chops to the head, but no hard wrestling. Maybe they should just stick with hard travel or something like that. I would say entertainment, but thats not right either. The "lack of workrate" argument is old and pathetic. This is the Great Khali. Why would anyone expect him to do a million flippy flippy moves in order to have workrate? |

Maybe they should just stick with hard travel or something like that. I would say entertainment, but thats not right either. The "lack of workrate" argument is old and pathetic. This is the Great Khali. Why would anyone expect him to do a million flippy flippy moves in order to have workrate? And so is the 'workrate is flips' argument. I always thought the term of "workrate" referred to the "ratio" of one man making another man look good (like how Ric Flair and Ricky Steamboat both have good workrate, while Cena has good workrate compared to the Great Khali). Flippy-moves proves nothing in that respect. Besides, Khali has improved IMO. He doesn't moonsault or doing crossbodies, but he plays his role well, is convincing with his power, and is a famous name because he is someone different in the WWE ring. Workrate is not the term to refer to this man, but other than "rushed" and "circus act". I hope in later years he doesn't become another Giant Gonzalez. |

From somebody who speaks another language(my native tongue being Turkish), every language has different dialects to it. Because you don't know what Khali says(I don't either), you can't assume people of his own language(Hindi is it?) can't. Try speaking his language and it won't come natural for you. It took me some time until I can speak clean and unaccented English(knew some English in Turkey, it progressed when I moved to the UK, and I pretty much had it down by the time I hit the US all in the course of 8 years). |

Khali really isnt a wrestler. So I have a hard time slamming on him for poor workrate. Hell Zeus sucked too and employed pretty much the same moveset as Khali, but he was an actor playing a wrestler so what are ya gonna do?

I speak both hindi and punjabi fleuntly, and yes its true he does sound like a complete retard, however I once met him in person and had a conversation with him in punjabi he sounded fine. So it might be him just doing it because majority of fans dont understand the language and it really dosent matter what he says, also Runjin Singh dosent speak hindi too well. |
