He's going to drain your brain.
He's going to use your eyes for olives in his martini.
He's going to...do other horrible stuff because...you know...he's evil and stuff.
...
I got into a conversation in the TNA Chatroom tonight and I am left with questions, so I just thought I'd throw them out here.
What's the deal with airline food Rellik?
He has been described as "Black Reign's nightmare" and only shows up when Black Reign is around (Not Dustin Rhodes, but the alternate person who isn't Goldust). However...what the frick?
He can't just be a walking nightmare....can he? Does that mean if during the match, Reign became Rhodes...Rellik would just disappear?
Does his name have any other reason beside being the word "Killer" spelled backwards? Does his name only exist to allow Tenay to fill us in on that secret?
I like the character. I like how he is normally the Mikey Whipwreck of Monsters. I liked Johnny Da Bull, daggone it. But I am Be-daggone-fuddled!
Anyone?

He's RelliK and he's a badass. I really don't put too much stock into the whole 'He's Reign's nightmare' shit. He's just a big badass thought should be getting a better push.

From Wikipedia: "Hugger found perhaps his greatest success on the indy circuit in late 2006 when he began working for Impact Zone Wrestling in Arizona. He created a demonic character named REDRUM ("MURDER" spelled backwards, which is a reference to The Shining), who often (kayfabe) possesses the souls of his opponents after defeating them and sometimes has his body covered in a red liquid which is supposed to depict blood. Hugger added a mask similar in appearance to the Great Muta's, shaved his head and grew a goatee to complete the look. Hugger said he got the idea for the REDRUM gimmick when he impersonated Muta over in Japan. According to Hugger during an interview with the Wrestling Observer, he liked the whole dark, blood spitting personality and decided to reinvent his wrestling career. Although he was somewhat sad to let the Johnny Stamboli days go, he felt it was time to move on." Personally, I think they should bring in his tag team partners, SoCal worker Black Metal and (former) Pittsburgh Indy mainstay Dean Radford, to back him up. A non-James Mitchell "evil" stable would be a nice little change.

I have said with many of these demonic characters that if booked by a person who can deal with the depths of the characters, they would work really well. Alot of the bookers who book these characters are really scared to go to the extreme depths that some of these dark characters need. The reasons for their fear are normally either religious beliefs, personal demons, or censors. Despite what Undertaker said of being the worst time of his life, the Ministry Undertaker really went very far into those depths and worked very well.

What's the deal with airline food Rellik? Well, it's "killer" spelled backwards. I don't think West and Tenay mentioned that this time around, but I think someone else did. Of course when West and Tenay just start yammering, I tend to tune them out. It's like trying to watch TV in a subway station.

I think it's better to just call him the masked Stamboli...
Also it's hard to be a badass or some intimidating character when you lose all the time.

If Black Reign is from the deepest darkest corner of his own mind and Rellik is Black Reign's nightmare - do they share an apartment their or is like a time share deal or what?

That could be some sort of reality show, Black Reign and Rellik live togther in a New York loft, they have to go about everyday life in their wrestling attire.

Also it's hard to be a badass or some intimidating character when you lose all the time. Hey now, he managed to beat Shark Boy (pre-Stone Cold gimmick, in a tag match) AND Eric Young (by, um, scaring him?). How many other wrestlers can make that boast, eh?

I was actually waiting for him to dismember Eric Young in the way he described. Rebbif.

I remember West claiming that Mitchell managed these two and only wikipedia selling it. oh well.
His battle with Showtime was basically a great comedy match. He could be TNA's answer to the Boogeyman, but only more entertaining. Just for fun to give him more to do, team him up with some homeless girl that constantly harasses TNA workers for change outside of Universal Studios.

RelliK should be in the Judas Mesias role without a stupiud story and a better wrestler.

He shouldn't have talked. It looked like it was going to be awesome, then he talked about using a straw to drink brains and it just got ridiculous after that.

I think the part where he said he'd use EY's eyes for olives in his martini is where I just couldn't keep a straight face. Rellik drinks Martinis. Hahaha.
